About Me

I’m Pam Finch, a strategic thinking partner for leaders whose decisions affect people and mission at the same time.

My role is to step into the complexity with you and help you see what’s actually going on, what truly matters, and what it looks like to move forward responsibly, without losing sight of the people behind it all.

The name Red Ribbon comes from the idea of connection and the work of tying things together.

In practice, that means not looking at strategy, people, or numbers in isolation, but bringing the full picture into view so decisions make sense in the real world and for the humans they affect.

Most leaders are asked to hold all of that at once, often without a place to sort through it clearly.

That’s where I come in.

My background includes decades of working closely with leaders around strategy, financial reality, and organizational decisions. Today, those are tools I draw on as needed, but the work itself is about helping you think clearly in moments that matter, in a way that is both grounded and human.

Clients often say they feel both supported and challenged in our work together.

I care about what you’re carrying, and I’ll help you find clarity and the courage to move forward in a way you can stand behind.

Who I Work With

Woman with graphs.png

I have partnered with CEOs, executive directors, board chairs, pastors, and founders across nonprofits, cooperatives, community organizations, and small businesses.

The common thread is not sector; it is that they care deeply about their work and are willing to look honestly at their reality.

Most of the leaders I work with arrive at a point where:

  • the role feels heavier than expected,

  • the team is not aligned,

  • a board or executive transition changes the stakes,

  • when numbers and people realities are colliding

They’re not looking for more advice.

They’re looking for a place to think clearly, speak honestly, and move forward with decisions they can stand behind.

You want a confidential place to think out loud with someone who will both champion your efforts and challenge your comfort zone, so you can move forward in ways that are responsible and relationally intelligent.
