A focused 60–75 minute conversation to untangle a specific situation, name what matters most right now, and identify a few concrete next steps.

Momentum Meetings

Short‑term encouragement and accountability during a demanding season.
We reconnect to your priorities, look at what is getting in the way, and adjust plans so they match your real capacity.

Ongoing Partnership

Biweekly conversations plus support between sessions. This is where we stay in the work together over time: refining strategy, navigating leadership and team dynamics, and grounding decisions in reality as conditions change.

Special projects such as strategic planning, leadership transitions, and team development grow out of these relationships and are scoped together when the time is right.
